Thank you for visiting the Offical STAR RFC Website. The St. Mellons Trowbridge And Rumney RFC run one senior side that play in Cardiff & District division 2 which we have just won, also we have been invited to join the new division 6 WRU which we hope to enter 2009-2010. We are always keen to attract new players. So if you would like to come and join a friendly team that play every saturday, then come along and you will be assured of a warm welcome. Training is held at Cath Cob Feilds, St. Mellons, every Tuesday at 6:30pm and Thursdays, same place and time. Come along and join a team with great spirit, good training facilities who are going places!
